The establishment of Vermilion Group Limited is a positive statement of our confidence in the future, which will be to the benefit of the business, its customers and staff.
Since its inception in 2005 Vermilion has operated as a division of Seamark plc the international seafood exporter. Seamark plc has provided Vermilion with the financial and management support to enable it to develop its business as a world class Asian Fusion Restaurant and more recently, as a first class wedding and conference facility, offering full entertainment and hospitality; across six spaces and three floors.
Building on our Success
Vermilion is therefore has become a separate trading company – Vermilion Group Limited – which will enable it to make its own decisions alongside the other Seamark family businesses with which it will have common directors in a way which recognises the distinct markets in which it operates and which will enable it to take full advantage of the opportunities afforded by the leisure and hospitality market.
